ELIGIBILITY
Return or exchange requests are only accepted if:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is damaged during shipping
The product received does not match the order
All claims must be submitted within 7 × 24 hours after the package is marked as delivered.
REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a smooth verification process, each request must include:
Unboxing video
Complete original packaging
Order ID and proof of purchase
Incomplete submissions may not be eligible for return or refund.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 48 working hours.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer general exchanges. However, approved claims for defective or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement, subject to product availability.
