Rosca Membership is designed to reward customers based on their purchasing activity. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Rosca Membership consists of three tiers:

Tier 1: Stone

Tier 2: Quartz

Tier 3: Obsidian

All users will automatically be registered as Stone members upon signing up.

Membership tier is determined based on the total accumulated spending on products, excluding shipping fees and any applied discounts. Each tier offers different benefits, with higher tiers unlocking greater rewards and exclusive access.

Members will earn cashback in the form of points based on their membership tier.

Points are calculated from the total product value after any discounts and exclude shipping fees.

Cashback points will only be credited after the order is completed.

This means every point you earn can be directly used as a discount of the same value on your next purchase

Points can be used on future purchases with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000. There is no maximum limit on how many points can be used per transaction. You can use some, all, or save your points for later.

Points can only be used for product purchases and cannot be used to pay for shipping fees. Points also cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers in the same transaction.

If a purchase is fully paid using points, no new points will be earned from that purchase. If points are used partially, cashback will be calculated based on the remaining amount paid.
